Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email & Retention Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation of retention marketing strategies for diverse clients
• Oversee the planning and production of email and SMS campaigns and flows
• Monitor and analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, delivering actionable insights

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years in retention marketing for a DTC brand with hands-on Klaviyo and Shopify experience
• Proven experience leveraging data to inform retention marketing initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, including campaign builder and audience segmentation
• Experience using Figma
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
