Email Security Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Email Security Analyst (AI Operations) will investigate email threats, collaborate with engineering to enhance detection capabilities, and provide actionable insights to protect customers from phishing and malware attacks.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze suspicious emails, attachments, and links to determine maliciousness and patterns of attack
• Act as a trusted security partner for customers, helping them improve their email security posture
• Generate reports and dashboards that highlight trends and drive actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Phishing, Social Engineering, and Email-borne malware
• Proven track record of operational excellence in triaging alerts and managing complex investigations
• Strong analytical skills to connect patterns across multiple incidents
• Comfort with reverse engineering and malware analysis, both static and dynamic
• Familiarity with attacker frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and modern phishing TTPs
