Email Security Architecture Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Email Security Architects, the full-time remote Email Security Architecture Manager will oversee customer onboarding, detection tuning, and operational excellence while driving customer outcomes and shaping the future direction of the Email Security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team focused on customer outcomes and operational excellence
• Guide strategic customers through Email Security deployments and serve as an executive escalation point
• Oversee investigations of phishing campaigns and partner with internal teams to enhance detection and response workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience with email security platforms such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, or Microsoft Defender for Office 365
• Background in security operations, threat intelligence, or incident response environments
• Familiarity with automated remediation and security automation platforms
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environments
• Proven ability to support enterprise and Fortune 1000 customers
