Email Security Engineer

Job Summary

Providing advanced engineering and architecture support for the company's Exchange environment, the full-time Email Security Engineer will design, support, and improve enterprise messaging capabilities while managing operational support for Exchange security platforms in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate changes impacting messaging and related applications
• Lead incident response efforts for any incidents affecting mail and related applications
• Administer and enhance Exchange security tooling and controls, including Proofpoint, DMARC, SPF, and DKIM

Required qualifications:

• Senior-level experience with enterprise Exchange environments, including Exchange Online and hybrid systems
• Hands-on experience with Exchange security tools and messaging gateways such as Proofpoint and Microsoft EOP
• Understanding of Exchange transport, SMTP, and mail routing
• Experience implementing email authentication and domain protection controls, including DMARC, SPF, and DKIM
• Some PowerShell scripting knowledge for troubleshooting and implementing changes
