Email Security Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support customer engagement in cybersecurity, the full-time remote Email Security Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery sessions, assess security architectures, and design scalable cybersecurity solutions while collaborating with sales teams and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business goals and security challenges
• Assess customer security architectures and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Present security solutions and value propositions to both technical and executive audiences

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture
• Strong knowledge of email security technologies, including phishing protection and secure email gateways
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST and CIS
• Experience supporting sales teams in a VAR, systems integrator, or technology provider environment
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver live or virtual demonstrations
