Email/SMS Designer
Job Summary
Designing engaging email and SMS campaigns, the remote Email/SMS Designer will create visually appealing messages for Klaviyo and Postscript, manage a modular design system, and collaborate with a retention team to drive revenue through effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Design email campaigns and lifecycle flows, ensuring timely delivery on a weekly basis
- Create SMS and MMS creative that aligns with email messaging and supports overall brand consistency
- Build and maintain the email design system, including templates and modular components for efficient production
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience designing email for a DTC or ecommerce brand, with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including design systems and components
- Fluency in mobile-first design principles and email rendering constraints across major platforms
- Hands-on familiarity with Klaviyo or a comparable email service provider
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
