Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote Email & SMS Marketing Manager opportunity focused on building and scheduling campaigns, writing copy for various brands, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Build and schedule email & SMS campaigns and automated flows using platforms like Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, and Attentive
• Ideate and write copy for campaigns targeting ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands
• Create monthly performance reports for email & SMS initiatives on a client-by-client basis

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing at an agency or retail/ecommerce brand
• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically with Klaviyo email marketing
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail
• Experience thriving in fast-paced environments
• Solution-focused problem solver with a positive mindset
