Email/SMS Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
As the production engine behind the retention program, the remote Email/SMS Implementer will build and manage email campaigns and lifecycle flows in Klaviyo and Postscript, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of messages to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Build and schedule email and SMS/MMS campaigns based on approved copy and designs
- Conduct thorough QA checks on all sends, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Organize and maintain Klaviyo and Postscript setups, including templates and documentation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on email production or lifecycle marketing implementation experience
- Strong experience building campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
- Familiarity with SMS platforms such as Postscript or Attentive
- Proficient in working from Figma files and translating them into production-ready formats
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and flow logic
