eMAR Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Managing eMAR system integrations, the full-time eMAR Implementation Consultant will coordinate schedules, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and provide technical product support in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of eMAR integrations, developing timelines and ensuring successful integration with stakeholders and vendors
- Complete implementation and validation checklists, and coordinate components and timelines with customers and support teams
- Provide ongoing eMAR integration support, troubleshoot issues, and document customer inquiries and resolutions
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience with third-party eMAR/EHR systems and integration projects
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Project Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Valid driver's license
