Embedded Android OS Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Android OS Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Android OS code base, specifically AOSP, and integrate updates into hardware platforms
• Develop mission-critical cybersecurity devices using embedded software engineering principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system-level applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Proficiency in real-time, multi-threaded embedded software development, preferably on Linux and Android OS
• Experience with object-oriented design and programming, preferably using C++ and Java
