Embedded Controls Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Embedded Controls Engineer, Vehicle Motion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement control strategies for vehicle motion attributes and functions
- Collaborate with suppliers and software integration teams to define functions and interfaces
- Develop test plans and perform testing to validate firmware functionality and performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in embedded development for safety-critical systems
- Experience with math and physics-based control strategies
- Understanding of functional safety principles
- Experience in developing comprehensive test plans
- Proficiency in authoring subsystem block diagrams and leading subsystem reviews
