Job Summary

A company is looking for an Embedded Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of embedded customers, focusing on renewals and net revenue retention
  • Guide customers through product launch and enablement, ensuring successful adoption of the platform
  • Advise customers on integration product strategy and collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, consulting, or product management in a SaaS or iPaaS environment
  • Experience with software companies or in an embedded/OEM partnership context is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to engage with technical audiences
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting renewal and expansion targets
  • BS/BA or equivalent practical experience
