Job Summary
A company is looking for an Embedded Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of embedded customers, focusing on renewals and net revenue retention
- Guide customers through product launch and enablement, ensuring successful adoption of the platform
- Advise customers on integration product strategy and collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, consulting, or product management in a SaaS or iPaaS environment
- Experience with software companies or in an embedded/OEM partnership context is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to engage with technical audiences
- Demonstrated track record of meeting renewal and expansion targets
- BS/BA or equivalent practical experience
