Key responsibilities
- Manage and segment Uncapped's embedded finance partnerships, prioritizing based on revenue and strategic value
- Negotiate and close large, complex embedded deals with platforms, marketplaces, and payment providers
- Report on partner-sourced revenue and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support embedded partnerships
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
- Significant experience in fintech, particularly in lending, payments, or embedded finance
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to scope integrations
- Strong understanding of the US e-commerce and digital business landscape
