Embedded Payments Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Embedded Payments Analyst (Hybrid, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily payment workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain operational integrity through daily reconciliation of accounts and generate performance reports
• Provide guidance to FinTech partners for compliance and support audits and regulatory reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in banking, payments operations, or financial services
• Strong understanding of payment systems (e.g., ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., NACHA, PCI, Reg E, Reg CC)
• Experience in an Embedded Banking or FinTech environment preferred
