Embedded Software Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Embedded Software Architect (Hybrid - Clearance Optional).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and design embedded software driver architectures for CPU, GPU, and FPGA components
• Develop Linux device drivers on RHEL 9, focusing on PCIe, serial, and Ethernet communications
• Implement embedded software architecture and integrate kernel drivers with user space applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• U.S. Citizenship required
• 15+ years of professional experience in embedded software or systems engineering
• Proven experience in designing software architectures for high speed embedded systems
• Hands-on experience with DMA, shared memory, and zero copy techniques
