Embedded Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Remote Control System group, the full-time contract Embedded Software Engineer will design, develop, integrate, and test features on embedded electronic control systems and vision systems for remote control machine applications.
Key responsibilities
- Define system requirements, architecture, interfaces, and end-to-end feature traceability
- Design, develop, integrate, and validate Remote Control Systems across software, hardware, controls, and communication networks
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance engineering productivity, testing, and documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering or Computer Science field
- 5-7 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Embedded Software Development, Integration & Validation
- Proficiency in Embedded C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, RTOS, and embedded control systems
- Experience with CANoe/CANalyzer, Wireshark, Git, and modern development tools
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, system architecture, and V&V
