Embedded Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Embedded Systems Engineer to develop and maintain device-side software for a vehicle inspection scanner.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve camera and sensor control software
• Develop new scanner capabilities and implement signal processing pipelines
• Support system integration and deployments, including debugging and validation

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with debugging and version control
• Experience integrating sensors/devices in real-world systems
• Familiarity with embedded/edge platforms like Raspberry Pi and NVIDIA Jetson
• Hands-on electronics skills, including soldering and reading datasheets
• Experience with Linux-based device development and sensor/vision data processing
