Embroidery Supervisor

Job Summary

Building and overseeing the in-house embroidery program, the full-time Embroidery Supervisor will manage equipment selection, develop standard operating procedures, and lead a team to scale production to 8,000 units per day within six months, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Launch the embroidery program from the ground up, ensuring production capability is established within one month
• Manage performance and attendance of the decoration team to meet operational targets
• Develop SOPs and quality control measures while overseeing onboarding and training for a team of 15+ operators

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in embroidery production, with a preference for those who have launched programs or facilities from scratch
• In-depth knowledge of commercial embroidery equipment and processes
• Proven experience in building SOPs and training large production teams
• Management experience overseeing teams of 20+ full-time employees
• Familiarity with production tracking tools, WMS, or ERP systems
