EMEA Applications Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EMEA Applications Scientist to provide technical support and customer service in the genomics field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and customer service for genomics products
• Troubleshoot product use and applications using customer data and internal databases
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and assist with custom design requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related science field
• At least 3 years of experience with genomics applications in an industry or academic research environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to the role
