Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted legal advisor to commercial, sales, and partner teams in EMEA
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including SaaS licensing agreements
Support compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and risk standards

Qualifications

Law degree and active legal qualification in the country of residence
Minimum of 2 years' in-house legal experience, ideally within a technology or SaaS business
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
Strong experience in commercial contracting and cross-border legal matters
Familiarity with legal issues relevant to software companies in Europe, including GDPR
