Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Leader in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead & develop a team of 5-8 Customer Success Managers
  • Guide team in managing post-sales relationships, onboarding, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best customer experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Creative, Communication, Business, or Marketing
  • 8+ years of customer-facing experience in Creative/Ad Agency or MarTech SaaS
  • Experience leading teams of 5-10 people
  • Proven track record in commercial activities
  • Ability to quickly learn relevant design concepts and consult customers on them
