Job Summary

A company is looking for an EMEA Regional Payroll Workday Test Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payroll validation and testing activities for EMEA countries to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with payroll SMEs and HR stakeholders to validate pay groups, payroll calculations, and system integrations
• Develop regional payroll test scenarios and scripts to cover all payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll testing or payroll system implementations
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll or HRIS payroll integrations
• Strong understanding of EMEA payroll processes and compliance considerations
• Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple countries
• Proven defect tracking and test management skills
