Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Renewals & Account Management - EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing Account Management team, establishing best practices and processes for renewals
  • Own the renewal process for marquee accounts, ensuring timely contract execution and strong executive relationships
  • Identify risks in renewal accounts and develop strategies for resolution while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Renewals, or B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years focused on renewals management
  • Proven track record of achieving retention targets and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM/renewals management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex renewals simultaneously
