Job Summary

Leading a geographically diverse sales organization, the full-time EMEA Sales Director will drive regional revenue growth for the Industrial Smart Components (ISC) Business Unit by expanding the RFID tag business through OEMs, VARs, and System Integrator partnerships while managing a remote team across Europe.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing ISC sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development
  • Translate global ISC sales strategy into actionable regional plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Develop and strengthen sales channels to expand market reach and identify new business opportunities across target industries
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for technical education or background
  • Ten+ years of progressive sales and leadership experience in relevant industries
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets, particularly in remote sales team leadership
  • Extensive experience selling complex, technical solutions in a consultative environment
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities, with a deep understanding of channel-based sales models
