• Develop specialized sourcing strategies and own EMEA talent pipelines to attract passive candidates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring a recruiting team in fast-growing environments
• 5+ years in talent acquisition with a focus on full cycle technical recruiting
• Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and proven success in recruiting Python and Full-Stack developers
• Experience scaling technical teams in high growth or distributed environments
• Deep knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and AI recruiting tools
