Emergency Management CBRN Specialist

Job Summary

To support compliance with Army quality standards, the full-time Emergency Management CBRN Specialist will conduct inspections of Army installations, interface with emergency services, and provide leadership and training to quality assurance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of Army installations for compliance with Department of the Army policies and procedures
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to the IMCOM HHA team to ensure operational support and continuous improvement
• Interface with Fire Departments and Emergency Services on Army Installations for effective emergency response

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or related discipline with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in defense/aerospace production
• Strong background in management for complex security defense problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead interactions with Army emergency management offices
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be eligible for a Secret clearance
• Relevant experience with quality assurance in a Defense and Force Protection environment
