Job Summary

Providing clinical insight into investment strategies, the part-time Emergency Medicine Physician Advisor will evaluate healthcare technologies, support portfolio companies, and advise on emergency care workflows in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate startups through the lens of emergency care, focusing on triage and patient flow
• Assess investment opportunities in AI diagnostics, tele-triage, and acute care technologies
• Advise founders on emergency department workflows and hospital integration strategies

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with Emergency Medicine training
• Active clinical practice preferred
• Strong understanding of emergency department workflows and hospital systems
• Familiarity with reimbursement and regulatory dynamics
• Interest in digital health and venture capital
