Emergency Operations Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Consultant, Emergency Operations will manage the configuration, deployment, and customer enablement of field response and operations modules, including Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command, while collaborating with Implementation Managers and Technical Services to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure modules for Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command to align with industry standards
• Partner with Implementation Managers to track project milestones and manage configuration documentation
• Collaborate with Technical Services on data flows and surface product gaps or enhancement requests

Required Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience in customer-facing implementation or professional services in a SaaS environment or equivalent experience in fire/public safety
• Strong knowledge of fire ground operations, incident command, and pre-incident planning
• Demonstrated understanding of field response workflows and mobile response tools
• Familiarity with GIS and mapping concepts relevant to emergency response
• Experience with professional services delivery platforms like Rocketlane
