Emergency Operations Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the configuration, deployment, and customer enablement of emergency operations modules, the full-time Implementation Consultant, Emergency Operations will work remotely to support fire and EMS agencies by managing module delivery and project execution while collaborating with implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure emergency operations modules including Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command in alignment with industry standards
• Partner with Implementation Managers to deliver project milestones and maintain accurate project documentation
• Collaborate with Technical Services on data flows and surface product gaps to enhance operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Three or more years of implementation or professional services experience in a SaaS environment or equivalent experience in a fire or public safety agency
• Strong knowledge of fire ground operations, incident command, and pre-incident planning
• Demonstrated understanding of field response workflows and mobile response tools
• Familiarity with GIS and mapping concepts related to emergency response
• Experience with project management tools like Rocketlane or similar platforms
