Emergency Preparedness Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant on EPP 3.0 Roll-out Package Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive EPP 3.0 roll-out package including guidance documents and operational instructions
• Create and deliver training materials and multilingual webinars for effective implementation of EPP
• Support the global launch event and establish a post-launch helpdesk function

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Emergency Management, International Development, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of emergency preparedness and response programming
• Experience in designing and operationalizing preparedness frameworks at various levels
• Familiarity with Training of Trainers models and adult learning methodologies
• Fluency in English, with working knowledge of Spanish and/or French required
