Job Summary

Answering incoming calls and alarms from elderly and medically at-risk individuals, the part-time hourly Emergency Response Associate will coordinate appropriate assistance while ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining accurate subscriber data.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to calls and alarms by identifying the type of help required and coordinating timely assistance
  • Ensure professional interactions with subscribers and maintain high customer service standards
  • Perform off-phone tasks, including data entry and troubleshooting maintenance alarms
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; GED evidence required
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft Windows skills, including navigating multiple systems
  • Compassion and empathy for elderly and medically at-risk individuals are highly desirable
