Emergency Response Change Manager
Job Summary
To ensure operational excellence, the full-time Emergency Response Change Manager will design, deliver, and oversee comprehensive training programs while working remotely to bridge client requirements and frontline execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments to evaluate agent skills and align curriculum with client KPIs
- Collaborate with instructional designers to create process maps, SOPs, and upskilling modules
- Measure new hire proficiency and establish feedback loops with operational and client leads to address training gaps
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in RAD or ERT
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) and structured change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in tracking learning metrics and post-training performance
