Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls/Alarms, triaging needs and coordinating appropriate assistance
  • Ensure professional and caring customer interactions, maintaining high service levels
  • Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and perform off-phone tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required (GED)
  • Experience in Call Center or Customer Service
  • Basic Computer and Microsoft Windows skills
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Ability to handle routine tasks and maintain composure in stressful situations
