Job Summary

- Respond to incoming calls/Alarms, triaging needs and coordinating appropriate assistance
- Ensure professional and caring customer interactions, maintaining high service levels
- Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and perform off-phone tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required (GED)
- Experience in Call Center or Customer Service
- Basic Computer and Microsoft Windows skills
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Ability to handle routine tasks and maintain composure in stressful situations
