Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Clerical Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls/Alarms and coordinate timely assistance based on established protocols
• Ensure professional and caring customer interactions to maintain high customer service levels
• Update Subscriber data in the management system and perform off-phone tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
• Basic Computer and Microsoft Windows skills
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
• Professional work environment with reliable internet access for remote positions
