Job Summary

- Respond to incoming calls/Alarms and coordinate timely assistance based on established protocols
- Ensure professional and caring customer interactions to maintain high customer service levels
- Update Subscriber data in the management system and perform off-phone tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
- Basic Computer and Microsoft Windows skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
