Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from elderly and medically-at-risk individuals, triaging their needs and coordinating appropriate assistance
- Ensure professional and caring customer interactions, maintaining high levels of customer service
- Update Subscriber data in the management system and perform off-phone tasks as required
Required Qualifications

- Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
