Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to respond to incoming calls from elderly and medically-at-risk individuals and coordinate appropriate assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls by identifying the type of help required and coordinating timely assistance
  • Ensure all customer interactions are professional and caring, maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and troubleshoot service issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required (GED)
  • Experience in Call Center or Customer Service
  • Basic Computer and Microsoft Windows skills
  • Satisfactory background check and CORI check
  • Professional work environment with reliable internet access for remote positions
