Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to respond to incoming calls from elderly and medically-at-risk individuals and coordinate appropriate assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls by identifying the type of help required and coordinating timely assistance
- Ensure all customer interactions are professional and caring, maintaining a high level of customer service
- Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and troubleshoot service issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required (GED)
- Experience in Call Center or Customer Service
- Basic Computer and Microsoft Windows skills
- Satisfactory background check and CORI check
- Professional work environment with reliable internet access for remote positions
