Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clerical Associate to manage incoming calls from elderly and medically-at-risk individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls by identifying the type of help required and coordinating timely assistance
• Ensure professional and caring customer interactions, maintaining high levels of customer service
• Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and perform off-phone tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Experience in Call Center or Customer Service roles
• Basic Computer and Microsoft Windows skills
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
• Satisfactory background check and CORI check
