Job Summary
To support the needs of elderly and medically-at-risk individuals, the full-time Emergency Response Coordinator will answer incoming calls, triage assistance requests, and ensure timely coordination of care while maintaining high customer service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls by identifying the type of help required and coordinating timely assistance according to established protocols
- Ensure professional and caring interactions with customers, maintaining a high level of service
- Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and troubleshoot service issues as needed
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Experience in a call center or customer service role
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Windows skills
- Demonstrated compassion and empathy for the elderly and medically at-risk individuals
