Job Summary

To support the needs of elderly and medically-at-risk individuals, the full-time Emergency Response Coordinator will manage incoming calls to triage assistance requests and ensure timely coordination with responders while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls by identifying the type of help required and coordinating appropriate assistance
  • Ensure professional and caring interactions with customers, resulting in high satisfaction levels
  • Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and troubleshoot service issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Windows
  • Compassion and empathy for the elderly and medically at-risk individuals
