Job Summary

To provide timely assistance to elderly and medically-at-risk individuals, the full-time Emergency Response Coordinator will answer incoming calls, triage needs, and coordinate appropriate responses while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls by identifying the type of help required and coordinating timely assistance according to established protocols
  • Ensure professional and caring interactions with customers, resulting in high customer satisfaction
  • Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and troubleshoot any service issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows
  • Compassion and empathy for the elderly and medically at-risk individuals are highly desirable
