Job Summary
To provide timely assistance to elderly and medically-at-risk individuals, the full-time Emergency Response Coordinator will answer incoming calls, triage needs, and coordinate appropriate responses while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls by identifying the type of help required and coordinating timely assistance according to established protocols
- Ensure professional and caring interactions with customers, resulting in high customer satisfaction
- Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and troubleshoot any service issues as needed
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Experience in a call center or customer service role
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows
- Compassion and empathy for the elderly and medically at-risk individuals are highly desirable
