Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate ERS Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Response Services and assist callers with triaging emergency and non-emergency calls
• Complete incident reports and notifications to clients as required for compliance
• Work with department leadership to improve quality assurance processes and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of call center experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Internet browsers
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
