Emergency Response Services Operator

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic Emergency Response Services team, the full-time Associate ERS Operator will triage emergency and non-emergency calls, provide medical assistance, and complete incident reports while working remotely with a flexible schedule that includes four 10-hour shifts per week and rotating weekend coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Response Services by triaging calls and assisting clients according to established protocols
• Accurately assess emergency situations, make informed decisions, and respond calmly to emergencies
• Complete incident reports and notifications to clients, ensuring compliance with contractual timelines

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of call center experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet browsers
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Energetic, innovative, flexible, and adaptive to changing situations
