Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high volume incoming calls from members in need of roadside assistance, providing exceptional customer service
• Accurately input member details and use online mapping tools to determine breakdown location and service needs
• Listen actively to identify special handling situations and provide clear information on service details and costs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Stable, high-speed internet connection via Ethernet cable
• Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
