Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high volume incoming calls from members needing roadside assistance, providing exceptional customer service
• Accurately input member information and utilize online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations
• Identify situations requiring special handling and provide clear information on service and costs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• Stable, high-speed internet connection required
• Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
