Emergency Roadside Responder

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder will manage high-volume incoming calls from AAA Members in need of roadside assistance, ensuring accurate information and empathetic support while working from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer and manage 40-60 incoming calls daily, assisting members with roadside assistance requests
• Input member information accurately and utilize online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations
• Identify and prioritize situations requiring special handling based on member needs and safety concerns

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Stable, high-speed internet connection required
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
• Familiarity with maps and map reading is preferred
