Emergency Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emergency Services Manager III to oversee the Emergency Services Unit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Emergency Services Unit teams across multiple sites in a 24/7 environment
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance protection of life, property, and operations
• Establish strong relationships with law enforcement and internal partners to identify and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Business Management, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in law enforcement with progressive management roles
• Advanced skills in budget management
• Ability to maintain situational awareness over multiple areas of responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels
