Emergency Services Manager
Job Summary
To enhance emergency response and risk management, the full-time Emergency Services Manager will lead day-to-day operations of the Emergency Services Unit, manage key customer engagements, and develop strategic initiatives while working remotely with occasional commuting to Arlington, VA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop Emergency Services Unit teams across multiple sites in a 24/7 environment
- Facilitate the development and execution of short- and long-term strategies for ESU initiatives, focusing on enhancing protection measures
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with law enforcement and internal security partners to identify and mitigate risks
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or intelligence roles
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Business Management, or related fields
- Ability to maintain situational awareness over multiple areas of responsibility
- Working knowledge of legal contracts and terminology
- Experience in planning and executing security operations for special events
