Job Summary
Seeking empathetic and customer-focused individuals, the part-time Emergency Technical Support Representative will provide urgent assistance during disasters by handling inbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers to necessary support remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing disaster response support
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy while documenting customer interactions
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist customers with navigating online platforms
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a technical field is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or technical support roles
- Prior experience handling inbound customer calls preferred
- Strong proficiency in web-based applications and standard computer systems required
- Experience in urgent or crisis-related customer support situations is an advantage
