Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of clients with less than $50,000 in annual recurring revenue, the full-time Emerging Accounts Manager will proactively manage approximately 170 accounts, focusing on relationship building, account growth, and delivering tailored service solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of emerging accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients
- Drive account growth through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and renewal efforts while maintaining ongoing client engagement
- Monitor account health and client activity to identify retention concerns and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or client development in a high-volume environment
- Experience managing renewals and client growth initiatives
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with managed services, IT services, or technology solutions preferred
