Job Summary
A company is looking for an Emerging Channels Manager responsible for driving growth, retention, and relationship effectiveness across emerging channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to retention, solution penetration, and contract extensions
- Develop best practices for the Strategic Business Review process and lead strategic initiatives for digital experience growth
- Analyze account performance to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within financial services or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in providing direction and leadership to staff, including coaching and mentoring
- Ability to manage interviewing, hiring, promotions, and performance appraisals
- Other relevant certifications are a plus
